Reassuring our customers of continued support.

We are continuing to keep the business on track with customers having access to free telephone technical support. In addition, our factory trained technicians are still available for visits, observing all current essential health and safety issues of course.

We are also pleased to advise you that we are trailing a remote service support programme to reduce the need for basic site visits and have also increased spares stock of essential components in order to keep your business running efficiently at this critical time.

We are happy to offer full administration support from both office and home-based staff.

On behalf of our team, may we wish you and your colleagues a safe and productive few months, and hope that the coronavirus issue can be put behind us as speedily as possible.

Service Visit Procedures

Our team are working from home wherever possible, but where telephone support does not resolve an issue and an on-site visit from one of our Technicians is required, please be aware of the following:

  • Before we can confirm any appointment, we will require from you a copy of your company COVID-19 policy and what measures have been put in place with regards to Government guidance.
  • We will not send anyone to site who is showing any symptoms of COVID-19 or who has been in contact with anyone who has shown symptoms to our knowledge.
  • Upon arrival and whilst on site, our Technician will thoroughly wash their hands and we expect their work area to be fully cleaned, hand washing facilities must be on site before work can commence.
  • They will not be sharing any tools or equipment whilst working on site.
  • We ask that other staff working at the time adhere to the social distancing guidelines and remain at least 2 metres from our Technician.
  • Should overnight stay be required written confirmation will be sought. Produced on company letterhead stating critical nature of work for local hotel booking acceptance.
  • If our staff feel uncomfortable with any breach of these guidelines, they have been instructed to leave the appointment at any time.

Thank you for your understanding on these points and for your continued support during this unprecedented time. For any assistance or support, please call us on 0208 835 2221 or email info@mpartners.co.uk

Coronavirus Statement

We are closely monitoring the impacts of the Coronavirus in the UK and elsewhere and will remain compliant with all UK Government and Public Health England guidelines as the situation develops.

We have assessed our supply chain and there is no threat to the products and services we deliver to our clients.

We have taken the following steps to mitigate any risks in line with our business continuity plans:

  • We ensure all our staff are aware of current guidelines published by the NHS England.
  • We have enhanced the hygiene facilities on our premises.
  • We are checking Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) travel advice daily to ensure any risks to employees travelling for work or holidays are mitigated. We will communicate our plans and advice to all employees travelling or returning from any countries outside the UK and will continue to work with our staff on a case by case basis.
  • In the event of part closure or reduced staff we have contingency plans in place, including staff working from home, minimising staff numbers for continuing production, approved sub-contractors for diverting orders and external communication.
  • In the event that a member of our team is confirmed as having the virus we will follow all guidelines from local authorities and the NHS.

We will constantly assess the situation and will remain in contact with all clients if the situation changes. If you have any questions or for further information, please do not hesitate to contact us at Head Office on 0208 835 2221.
